Six years ago, Nancy Doswell was expelled by her family and had to raise her son, Billy, who suffers from a rare blood disease, all by herself. Six years later, the patriarch of the Hyles family, while having screening for blind date candidates at a café, encountered Billy, and, upon testing, discovered that the boy was of his own bloodline, and suspected him of their missing Junior Master. His three sons all vied to claim the child as their own. At this juncture, Nancy, having been framed by her stepsister and thus losing her job, happened to apply for a position as the nutritionist for the Hyles family.
