Susan Su is recruited by Catherine Chen, CEO of Soaring Techy, but soon becomes obsessed with fame and profit. After spreading false videos to attack the company over minor benefits, she triggers a public backlash and is exposed and fired. She later starts a business as an influencer, undercutting competitors but using substandard medical equipment, causing an accident. When questioned, she fakes sympathy by hiring online trolls, only to be uncovered. In the end, Susan Su is arrested, her accomplices are punished, Catherine Chen restores the company’s reputation, and Susan Su learns that traffic is not ability, and opportunism leads to ruin.
