Sophia Shen and Marcus Li are a married couple. However, after marriage, Marcus, under the banner of gender equality, independence, and fairness, insists on implementing a strict "going Dutch" system with Sophia. Initially, Sophia agrees, but gradually, she discovers the selfishness, hypocrisy, and double standards hidden beneath Marcus's so-called "fair" arrangement. Ultimately, during an unexpected visit from his parents, her emotions erupt, and she decides to seek a divorce. Although Marcus is reluctant, Sophia gives him a taste of his own medicine. Using the very principles of the going Dutch system against him, she successfully divorces him and wins custody of their child.
