Yu Mowan chose to lurk in Yuhu Mountain first in order to find the right opportunity to destroy the Heavenly Secret Alliance. By accident, she discovered that the alliance was hunting down Si Tingyu, the leader of the Si family. Moreover, she learned that she was not the biological daughter of the Yu family but the daughter of a maid in the Shu family. To cut ties with the snobbish Yu family and find another place to lurk, she decided to go to the Shu family to claim her kinship.
