This drama tells the story of Daphne Johnson, the female protagonist, and Caleb Thompson, the male protagonist, after they have been married for six years. Daphne is diagnosed with a brain tumor. She turns to her husband Caleb, who is a doctor, for help. She intends to tell him that she doesn't have much time left and makes a last attempt to get his care and concern. However, Caleb drives Daphne out of the hospital, using the excuse that all patients have to register and queue up. This incident becomes the last straw that breaks the camel's back. Daphne decides to divorce him. Caleb doesn't take it seriously and thinks it's just another minor squabble like before. In the end, Daphne passes away, and Caleb spends the rest of his life in melancholy and loneliness.
