Jillian McCray has loved Harry Stroud, the wealthy heir, for ten years. When he loses his memory, the scheming Tina Latham saves him—and after regaining it, he brings her home. Jillian tolerates her, unaware of his betrayal, until she sees him escort his pregnant mistress to a prenatal check-up. Heartbroken, she sells her assets, secures a remote island escape, and leaves the evidence of his affair as a "wedding gift" before vanishing.
