This drama tells the story of Ye Xinya, a once weak and self-sacrificing housewife, who, after being betrayed by her husband, transforms herself and embarks on a brand new life. It highlights the lesson that "women should be independent, not revolve around others, and never lose themselves in marriage. They should live a fulfilling and vibrant life of their own."
