Benedict has two problems: too much money and too many women chasing him. To dodge an arranged marriage, he drops a nuclear option: rent a girlfriend for the holidays at 10,000 a day. To his shock, the one who shows up is Cordelia, an iced‑cold queen who doesn’t need the cash at all. Contract signed, she moves in for Chinese New Year and suddenly the arrogant, fussy Mr. Benedict is washing dishes and cooking meals. Somewhere between being bossed around and catching feelings, he completes his own brainwashing, evolving step by step into a loyal, whipped husband-to-be.
