After being kicked by a donkey, Stella Song awakens to realize she lives in a novel as a disposable side character, a foil to the heroine Vivian Shen. To change her tragic fate, she agrees to replace Vivian Shen on a blind date with the eccentric billionaire Adrian Su. The two strike a deal: a two-month trial marriage with a daily salary.
