Nina Zhao needed to urgently withdraw 600,000 for the surgery of a sick child, Evan. Forced to visit the bank to request an increase due to her card's daily limit, she encountered the arrogant and rigid teller, Sophie Song. What should have been a simple procedure turned into an ordeal, with Sophie demanding proof that the card belonged to Nina and even proof of her own identity. Swallowing her pride for the child's sake, Nina endured the humiliation. But just as approval was imminent, she saw a photo on her phone: a picture of Evan with his mother, Sophie Song. It finally dawned on Nina that the teller who had been making her life hell was none other than the mother of the child she was trying so desperately to save.
