The Yang and Zhang families have been neighbors for three generations, but a dispute over the access to the homestead has sown discord between them. Thirty years ago, the Zhangs encroached on the land, and the Yangs endured in silence. Now, when the Zhangs are building a house, they are even more overbearing, forcibly occupying the passageway and hurling insults. Yang Yiming secretly laid plans. On the day of the Zhangs' son's wedding, he brought in excavators to completely block the only access route, giving them a taste of their own medicine and ruining their wedding and leaving them in disgrace. A year later, Yang Yiming started digging a fish pond on his own land, cutting off the Zhangs' access once and for all.
