Bella was left in her grandmother's care while her parents worked away from home, as they valued sons more than daughters. Her childhood lacked parental affection. When she eventually returned to her parents, constant false accusations from Alexia created a rift between her and her family, leading to neglect, misunderstanding, and hurt within her biological family. After Bella was diagnosed with bone cancer, her family did not believe her and instead scolded her. Jaxton, who had known her since childhood, reappeared in her life. Understanding her plight, he offered her care and support and helped expose the unfairness of her family. Although Bella eventually passed away, her parents finally realized their mistakes and later raised the daughter that Bella and Jaxton had taken in.
